Oxana Yakushina started to play volleyball in 2010 in SDUSSHOR in Moscow then she moved to VC Zarechie Odintsovo. She became a member of Russian Youth Girls Team in 2015. She won gold medals of 2017 CEV U18 Volleyball European Championship - Women.
