Hryshkevich Hanna was born in Minsk (Belarus). She started to play volleyball in 2010 in RCOR MINSK. Her current club is Minchanka MINSK and with this club she took the 17th place in 2016 CEV Volleyball Challenge Cup and the 17th place in 2017 CEV Volleyball Champions League. Hanna participated in 2015 CEV U18 European Championship, where the team took the 15th place and in 2017 CEV U18 European Championship, where the team took the 3d place. Moreover, Hanna took part in the preparation of Belarus Women National Team to 2017 CEV Volleyball European Championship.
