Rosario and Santa Fe, Argentina, August 20, 2017 - The FIVB Volleyball Girls’ U18 World Championship Argentina 2017 is a major sensation so far as thousands of fans filled the stands on Sunday to watch the future of female volleyball. Argentina, Belarus and Japan retained spotless records while Italy, Brazil, the Dominican Republic, Colombia and Slovenia were also winners in Day 3 action.

Two teams were able to grasp their first wins on Argentinean soil within the morning hours, as Brazil comfortably defeated Mexico 3-0 (25-17, 25-16, 25-19) in a Pool B match in Santa Fe and Dominican Republic overcame Peru 3-1 (25-18, 16-25, 25-22, 25-23) at a much harder Pool D game in Rosario. Both losing sides are yet to celebrate in the competition.
